Our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee 

You might find it takes a bit of time getting used to your new mattress, the lovely squishy fillings will need a chance to settle too. But if your mattress isn’t as comfortable as you’d like after 90 nights, we’ll exchange it for a new one or you can return the mattress.

Our Comfort Guarantee things to remember

• You’ll need to have been sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 100 days from delivery in order to make an exchange or return.

• Your original mattress will need to be in perfect condition, so please use a mattress protector.

• You can only exchange your mattress once under the guarantee. 

• Your exchange mattress will need to be the same size as your original one.

• If your exchange mattress is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference in price. If you choose a cheaper one, we won’t be able to refund the difference.

• Our Comfort Exchange guarantee applies to mattresses only, and doesn’t include mattresses purchased from a Clearance section.

• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

• When you request your exchange/return, we’ll send you bags to wrap and seal the original mattress before we collect it.

• A delivery charge of £75 applies for each exchange/return. 

• Returned mattresses are subject to our returns policy.
